We are an Australian privately owned business, allowing us to offer shares in this unique manner to seek crowdfunding. Shares purchased at the Seed Stage will be Ordinary class with voting, dividend and resale rights. This is a capped, limited time offering and your support will help us grow the business towards the next stage: Prototyping.

Our seed stage is focused on technology validation and establishing early ROI by building two satellites then the MVP stage gate is in-orbit testing. Our MVP stage commences with a Series B offering to build an operational Earth-Moon freight corridor capable of moving international standard ISO668 shipping containers with 20t capacity. This service will be aimed at government agencies, mining primaries, railway/shipping carriers, construction firms and any business that plans to service the Lunar outposts. By purchasing shares in our business, you will become part of our founding team. Your equity purchase will be registered in accordance with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission and a signed physical certificate will be mailed once the round is closed. Equity holders will receive regular internal updates and later, facilities tours as we begin manufacturing.
