We are an Australian privately owned business, allowing us to offer shares in this unique manner to seek crowdfunding. Shares purchased at the Seed Stage will be Ordinary class with voting, dividend and resale rights. Our seed stage is focused on technology validation, scaling manufacturing and our MVP stage gate is in-orbit testing. Once our MVP stage commences, an operational Earth-Moon freight enters service capable of moving international standard ISO668 shipping containers with 20t capacity. This service will aimed at government agencies, mining primaries and any business that plans to service future Lunar outposts.
By purchasing shares in our business, you will become part of our founding team. Your equity purchase will be registered in accordance with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission and a signed physical certificate will be mailed once the round is closed.
