Logistics Is Everything.
What if particle accelerator electromagnets could push shipping containers in space?
This is the question that started it all. It is our guiding light and goal to achieve once we have scaled up our bootstrap product’s production line. That product will allow any existing spacecraft to interface with our future logistics system. Space lacks standardisation, we will take what works on Earth, off it.
Standardised logistics has transformationally changed our world and will do the same for tomorrow’s.
We want to connect existing land, sea and air freight container carriers to infrastructure designed for their needs in space. This will create a network effect on trade between destinations and unlock our advanced use case plan: asteroid mining.
Particle accelerator electromagnets in satellite swarms?
Our Founder’s PhD studies defines the novel application of a proven technology to high mass freight logistics. Capable of moving 30 tonne containers or asteroids, this technology is transformational for logistics and asteroid mining.
Is Space Freight Needed Right Now?
The first contract to mine the moon was sold to Interlune in May, 2025. There are robotic mining operations on Earth that are eyeing space resources. Every nation is building space capabilities and we are establishing new homes in orbit and on the Moon.
The race is on and we want to be the logistics freight railway that unlocks the opportunities of the new era. Building the infrastructure of tomorrow’s worlds, Wegener Orbital Logistics, Mining & Services.
What’s the ROI?
Wegener-Orbital Logistics, Mining & Services generates ongoing returns from the end of seed stage once our first prototype enters orbit.
We have a tremendous amount of solar energy stored to host multiple third party sensors, beginning data services immediately and continually during freight service operations. This commercial data stream bootstraps testing, waiting time and the development of market leading destinations.
Once our MVP launches, cargo weighing 30t can be moved between Earth and the Moon for delivery weekly then scaled up to daily., Next, we redirect, catch and mine a small asteroid.
Freight is the plan, data is the vehicle
and M-Type asteroids are the goal.
How do you build logistics in space?
Development of a world leading orbital logistics system has three distinct phases and funding raises required:
- Seed: $20m Prototype 2 Satellites for demonstration
- MVP: $150m Build 2 Swarms for GEO-Cislunar Ops
- Scale: $1.86b Scale Swarms and Destinations
- Self: Asteroid Capture & Mining in Cislunar Space
We are guided by mining engineering thinking to solve logistics cost efficiently at scale. Laser focused on our unique interorbital freight and propulsion technology, we strongly believe our small team of committed individuals can change this world and tomorrow’s.
