  1. Question: What are the legalities of selling private business equity online in Australia?
    Answer: Per ASIC, a registered private business can exchange part ownership for any agreed terms and value - changes in ownership from equity sales must be registered with ASIC within 28 days. Explanation

4. Design

  1. Question: Why are your satellites so heavy? A steel structure adds a lot of unnecessary mass doesn’t it?
    Answer: Momentum is mass times velocity, so heavier satellites move less when launching or receiving cargo. Explanation

  2. Question: Are you really sure about all that steel? How many times can you use the system before it breaks? Or runs out of fuel?
    Answer: Steel fatigues yes but we heavily overengineered it for decades of use. Satellite refuelling services solve this! Explanation

  3. Question: Since this is built from existing components, could we buy the parts and start manufacturing tomorrow?
    Answer: Yep, all we need is funding. Integration will take a little time but that’s easier than making new components! Explanation

5. Electromagnetism

  1. Question: Every object in a pulsed field will conduct some of it and become an antenna, wont this interfere with literally everything?
    Answer: Yes but that’s fixed by coding & materials ie fibre comms wires. We also use the same non-magnetic steel as CERN. Explanation

  2. Question: In such a high EM environment there will be a lot of signal noise, how do you plan to communicate with your swarms?
    Answer: Optical systems from our (currently secret) comms supplier who operates an existing fast and secure constellation. Explanation

    Answer: Yes partly but not huge with our positive communications & outreach approach. We can, it’s a very cool usecase! Explanation

    Answer: Yes, exactly the same, in fact space is the ideal environment for magnetic thrust as there’s no atmosphere! Explanation

  2. Question: Is losing heat going to be an issue? Those pulses are very high energy!
    Answer: Phase 2 Liquid Helium is the best coolant available, it keeps the coils at -271C. Explanation
